Daily inspection
1. Check whether the oil level of the pump is normal, whether the temperature of the lubricating oil continues to rise or is too high, and whether the oil quality is too dirty or emulsified due to water ingress.
2. Check if there is any oil leakage at the sealing part of the pump.
3. Check for any abnormal sounds from the pump during operation and ensure that all threaded connections are loose.
Before use in the morning, use an oil gun to drip a few drops of oil onto the surfaces of the three plungers.
5. Check the tightness of the belt.
Regular inspection
1. Change the engine oil. After washing a total of 1000 vehicles, change the oil every six months or 6000 vehicles thereafter (15W-40)
2. For pumps that have been shut down for more than 6 months and are to be reused, they should be inspected once (checking the oil, belt tightness, and fastening screws)
3. After washing every 12000 vehicles, the pump needs to be inspected, and the plunger sealing ring and filling ring need to be replaced.
