1、 Before operating the car washing machine, make sure to check for any obstacles in and around it, ensure that there are no people or debris left within the washing area, and conduct a heavy electric inspection of the track drum for any foreign objects.
2、 After inspection, please turn on the power of the car washing machine. Procedure: 1. First, turn on the main power, see the display light, and confirm that the power supply is normal; 2. Turn on the panel power key switch again, and all items should display normally; 3. Ensure that all water, electricity, and gas channels are functioning properly.
3、 All control box door panels should be closed before machine operation, and it is strictly prohibited to stack debris inside the control box.
4、 It is strictly prohibited to touch or modify the control components and circuits inside the control panel.
5、 Avoid opening and closing the control cabinet on rainy days to prevent situations such as electrical leakage or short circuits.
6、 Command the vehicle to enter the car wash machine, and remind the owner of the following precautions after the wheels and tires fall into the track drum: 1. Please shift to neutral (N); 2. Please retract the antenna, turn off the CD player, and close the doors and windows; 3. Do not pull the brake handle; 4. Do not step on the brake; 5. Do not turn the steering wheel (please ask the driver to straighten the steering wheel); 6. After washing the car, please shift into gear and start the vehicle when the green light is on.
7、 Before entering the track, the condition of the vehicle should be checked: 1. Whether the wipers, antennas, and rearview mirrors are normal; 2. Are there any other loose or detached parts.
8、 Correctly guide the vehicle into the track roller and observe various conditions at all times. 9、 During the car washing process, operators are strictly prohibited from leaving their workstations without authorization. They should be prepared to respond to unexpected situations and take appropriate measures to minimize losses caused by factors such as human error.
