2、 After inspection, please turn on the power of the car wash machine. Procedure:
1. First, turn on the main power supply, see the display light, and confirm that the power supply is normal;
2. Turn on the panel power key switch again, and all items should display normally;
3. Ensure that all water, electricity, and gas channels are functioning properly.
3、 All control box door panels should be closed before machine operation, and it is strictly prohibited to stack debris inside the control box.
4、 It is strictly prohibited to touch or modify the control components and circuits inside the control panel.
5、 Avoid opening and closing the control cabinet on rainy days to prevent situations such as electrical leakage or short circuits.
6、 Command the vehicle to enter the car wash machine, and remind the owner of the following precautions after the wheels and tires fall into the conveyor trailer:
1. Please take a break (N)
2. Please retract the antenna and turn off the CD speaker
3. Do not pull the brake handle
4. Do not step on the brake
5. Do not turn the steering wheel (please ask the driver to straighten the steering wheel)
6. Please retract the rearview mirror
7. At the exit, please shift into gear and start the vehicle when the green light is on
8. Close doors and windows
7、 Before entering the track, the condition of the vehicle should be checked:
1. Are the wipers, antennas, and rearview mirrors functioning properly
2. Is there any obvious scratch on the body sheet metal
3. Are there any other loose or detached parts
8、 The exit and entrance of the car washing machine need to have one person each to operate and run
9、 Correctly guide the vehicle onto the conveyor belt track and observe various conditions at all times
